The Problem We Lived
At Bansara Eye Care Centre, a leading hospital in North-East India, we were proud of our clinical excellence. Yet, online, our story wasn't being told. We struggled to connect with patients, build trust, and stand out from the competition. Generic marketing tools didn't understand the nuances of ophthalmology, and hiring specialized agencies was prohibitively expensive.
We saw firsthand how a lack of digital presence expertise was holding back not just our hospital, but countless others across the country.
